This Legal Notice explains who operates MyCreation and how to reach us. It is provided for transparency and general information. This document is a general template and is not legal advice.

This Legal Notice applies to MyCreation, a self-serve web application available at mycreation.io (the "Site" or "Service"). MyCreation lets users create and edit AI-generated images and videos of fictional AI personas, including building a character reference sheet, swapping a character into a photo, restyling outfits or body, animating a photo into a short video, replacing a person in a video, and free-form image generation.

2. Operator

The Site is operated by an individual sole proprietor (the "Operator", referred to as "we", "us" or "our").

As an individual sole proprietor, the Operator does not publish a street address on the Site. A full postal address is available on request by writing to support@mycreation.io.

3. Hosting & Infrastructure

The Site and its data are hosted on third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure providers located in the United States. These providers supply our hosting, database, and related processing services. We do not own or operate the underlying data centers.

AI generation features rely on third-party AI model providers (our generation engines), which process uploads and prompts to produce outputs. We do not control these providers' own systems.

4. Intellectual Property

The MyCreation name, logo, the Site itself, and its design, layout, text, graphics, and other original content are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by the Operator or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

Rights in content that users upload, and in the outputs they generate, are addressed in the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Related Policies

Your use of the Site is also governed by the following documents, which form part of your agreement with us:

• Terms of Service — the rules and conditions for using MyCreation, including credits, payments, and refunds for failed generations.
• Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and protect personal data, and your privacy rights.
• Acceptable Use Policy — what you may and may not create or upload, including the prohibition on sexually explicit or pornographic content and the 18+ requirement.
